O33 is an $18 million real estate development overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Developed by the DevCon Group, the project was originally marketed through their company website and conventional real estate channels. We developed a strategy to market O33 as a stand-alone brand with it's own website, SEO and Social Media platforms. NASA's GeneLab is a data repository for scientists studying the effects of space on biological systems. MaxRez Media's first task was to create a compelling visual theme within a Drupal CMS website framework. The next task was to make that framework a repository that connected NASA with universities and research centers within the US and the world to share and analyze data over a variety of platforms.
